Campus

The campuses for the Le Cordon Bleu Schools are wide span throughout the US. One of the school campuses is located in the city of Pasadena in the great state of California. Courses

The courses at the Pasadena Campus follow the high standards that Le Cordon Bleu portrays. The school teaches how to cook, prepare, and serve high quality food that may one day propel a graduate to open his or her very own restaurant. The culinary arts program puts students in a fully equipped kitchen lab and lets them create their own signature dishes. Cooking techniques and flavor combinations are taught and skills are up dated.

The university also offers the Pâtisserie and Baking Program that teaches baking skills to create your own dessert recipes. Front of the house, back of the house and restaurant management are taught in the Hospitality and Restaurant Management program.
