Campus

Santa Ana, California is the home for Colleen O’Hara’s. The campus is centrally located in the heart of California so that they can serve students from all over the state. The campus is located in Orange County and is the beauty central for all things lovely in California. With the Interstate 5 freeway close to Colleen O’Hara’s students have instant access to the college. The beauty careers are endless for students at this college from selling beauty products to working on movie sets to working on cruise ships and traveling the world.

Courses

Colleen O’Hara’s Beauty Academy shows its students the tricks of the beauty trade with hands on training. They offer a cosmetology course that has a mandatory 1,600-clocked hours in order to complete. With full time coursework that can be completed in less than one year, approximately 10 months. The course teaches students the basic of hair cutting and style, skin procedures, manicuring and makeup applications. Real world training is a large part of the coursework within the cosmetology class. Students spend 270 hours working in the classroom and the other time at the campus salon performing procedures, under supervision, to the community.
