About the college

For over 25 years the United Education Institute, UEI, has been providing students with high quality education. Their mission is to prepare students for their futures and careers in an environment that is centered around their students. The faculty are well educated in their chosen industries and are now passing on that education and wisdom to their students. The training at the institute is hands on in programs that are in high demand.

Campus

United Education Institute is located in Van Nuys, California. The campus has a beauty and a serenity about it and gives students the opportunity to enjoy year round outdoor activities at the beach or the mountains. UEI offers its students education that change people’s lives. After high school students can get a job, but with UEI students can earn the skills for a career. Financial aid options are available to those who qualify. The school offers a career services department to keep students in contact with local employers and help them with their resume and interview skills.

Courses

At UEI many of the career driven programs do not require a GED or high school diploma. The programs include business management, business office administration, computer systems technician, criminal justice, dental assistant, massage therapy, medical assistant, medical billing/insurance coding and pharmacy technician. UEI prepares future graduates for entry level to mid level supervisory and management positions in the business program. The criminal justice program is a nine-month program with a diploma received upon completion.

All of the programs at the United Education Institute are career driven with degrees or diplomas achieved in the end, but that is not where the success stops. Graduates go on to rewarding careers within California’s most in demand industries.
