Southwestern College is located in Chula Vista California, was founded in 1961, and is also a community college. Now today they serve 18,000 students throughout the year. Southwestern College offers over 285 associate degrees and certificates in a wide range of careers. This college is a two-year college and offers transfer to a four-year university if students choose to. The students at Southwestern College are encouraged to get their full potential education while they are attending the school. Campus:
Southwestern College does not offer students on campus housing. Students can however find great apartments and houses off campus to rent while attending the campus. Students who do not want to live alone can find students also attending the campus to roommate with. The campus also offers Career Services, Dinning areas, Career Counseling, Financial Aid, Health Services, Student Employment, Student Leadership, Student, and Staff Parking on campus, A Library and Computer Labs. The campus makes sure to give their students a warm environment to make them feel relaxed while learning.
