About the college
God brought together three colleges, which now form Southern California Seminary. It was then called Southern California Bible College & Seminary. You will learn a higher education dedicated to teaching about the word of God. You will learn from His book, The Bible. You will take classes right alongside pastors, worship leaders, counselors just to name a few. They offer graduate and undergraduate degrees in the theology and psychology. About our Campus Southern California seminary has on campus housing for 48 of its 145 students. They do not have a meal plan. You can find housing off campus within walking distance as well as some great restaurants and cafes. They have an on campus library and a student lounge. You can share and grow with your fellow students who when you met we acquaintances and when you graduate they are family. Some of the other things they offer are Nursery, Children’s Building, Solid Rock café, bookstore, chapel, campus pool, and athletic center. Programs are in English, Spanish, and Korean. The main course of study is therapy/counseling and religion/philosophy. They have 195 students that were enrolled in 2007 with a large number of them being over 40 years old. The average full time student is 67% and part time is 71%. This makes it easy for those who have to work to fund their education although there are many government programs to help you pay for schooling. They have financial assistance to those who qualify.
