Your dream of making music can become a reality with Los Angeles Recording School. The school started its love affair with making music in 1985. LA Recording School is a hands-on engineering school taught by audio professionals who want to pass the torch. Students get to learn music recording and audio engineering with state of the art equipment, clear explanation of audio equipment and technique and when all is said all done a graduate’s name could be on next big band or artist’s CD.

Campus

When it comes to entertainment, style and creativity no other city does it better than Hollywood, California. Hollywood say it all. This is where people go to make it big in film, TV, and especially music. The recording school’s campus is located here and there could not be a better location. Sunset Blvd. is the street where the campus lies and various recording labs and classrooms are located. Students will learn the tricks of the music trade with hands on training and internships at major labels throughout the city.

Courses

The program at the LA Recording Studio is 900 hours of extensive music production and audio engineering. Students will have the opportunity to study music production, digital recording, and audio postproduction for film and television. Courses at the college include audio one and two, live sound, consoles one and two, entertainment business, advanced audio workstations and audio post.

Each program takes students from lover of music to producer of music. Once completed graduates can enter the music industry with the knowledge to take an artist’s ideas, make them unique and one of a kind, and translate them into music that everyone can enjoy. LA Recording Studio has the skills to take students and turn them into sound professionals.
