Long Beach City College is located in Long beach California and has been serving their community for almost 80 years. Long Beach City College offers their students help if they want to transfer to a University, complete a certificate in a career field they are in, obtain an AA Degree, advance their skills, or just want to become skilled at a new subject. Whatever the case may be the college is there to help them. Campus:
Long Beach City College does not offer students on campus housing; however, students can rent apartments and houses near the campus while attending the college. The campus offers students a cafeteria, computer center, counseling, child development center, library, learning resource center, bank, bookstore, writing center, fitness center, photography, women’s and men’s resource center, auto body shop, senior center, student center and much more. The college has parking but all students must buy a parking permit to park. There is local transportation for students to get back and forth to the campus.

Long Beach City College offers their students great programs and courses so everyone has a choice. Programs include Business Administration, Accounting, Business Law, Real Estate, Restaurant and Catering Management, Hospitality, Fire Science, Human Services, Economics, Computer and Business Information, Computer Applications and Office Technologies, Distributive Education, Baking, Culinary Arts, Tourism, History and Political Science, Public Services, Administration of Justice, Social Sciences, Art and Photography, Fashion, Music, Radio, Television, Theater, Dance and Film, Life Science, Physical Science, Registered Nursing, Vocational Nursing, English, Foreign Language and Reading. All these programs are taught to their students with the best of knowledge so students are fully prepared after graduation for a full time career.
