About the college

Education for the future. That is the mission and quote that surrounds the ITT Technical Institute. The school has been dedicated to educating the working masses since 1969. With campuses nationwide, ITT Tech is available to every student and classes are offered practically all day. The institute offers morning, afternoon and evening classes all year long with most classes meeting weekly. Students can still work and attend class while preparing themselves for their future careers.

Campus

The San Dimas campus is located in the Los Angeles area. The location gives students stunning views, beaches and mountains and an amazing atmosphere to study in and relax. Career training at ITT Tech is innovative and never boring. The training is hands on with classroom work first and then applied learning where students take what they learn and use it to analyze the how and why a piece of equipment works. Real world job environments are used to give students a heads up of what they can expect when they enter the workforce.

Courses

Courses at the San Dimas campus are offered all throughout the day, all year long and most are held weekly. The degree programs at ITT Tech are placed into 6 schools, each focused on a specific career field. The schools are information technology, electronics technology, drafting/design, business, criminal justice and health sciences. Some of the schools offer externships where students get out of the classroom and work side-by-side professionals at local industry sites.

Once graduated students are offered career placement services that can include networking with the community and interviewing skills. At ITT Tech, technology is the key to success and they show you how to make that career fieldwork for you.
