Heald College is a college that is dedicated to their students and has been for over 145 years. When Heald College started it out they started out with one campus in San Francisco in California. The college was started by Edward Payson Heald and because of him the college is now located in 11 other spots in the western part of the United States. Campuses are just not in California but also in Hawaii and Oregon. Heald College has a goal to give their students the best academic learning experience they can give. Heald College in Fresno is a college to help students when they arrive at the school with financial aid and help them find jobs after graduation. This helps students feel a little more secure in their decision about attending college.
Campus
Heald College in Fresno is on a 38,000 square foot campus and offers free parking to the students. All classrooms are made to make the students feel relaxed and comfortable. The college offers students a learning resource center with a library and computer labs. Students also have free e-mail and internet access right on campus along with an on campus food service and a bookstore. The college does not offer on campus housing but there are houses and apartments close by those students can rent while they are attending college.
