Everest College- Torrance is one of the many colleges under the Everest umbrella. This community of schools have campuses all over the US. Everest is dedicated to training students with career-based programs that can lead to successful and rewarding careers. Everest College was formerly known by the name Bryan College and while the name has changed their mission to providing quality education for both the individual and community has renamed the same.

Campus

The Everest College located in Torrance, California has the best of both worlds: beautiful landscape with amazing academics. The classes provide students with hands on training with real world job set ups to prepare graduates for the day they set foot into the competitive workforce. The faculty at Everest are well educated in the chosen fields of study that they choose to teach. The education is taught with flexible classes and small discussion groups with one on one training also available. The school offers day and evening classes, local day care facilities willing to help students and public transportation close by.

Courses

The Torrance campus offers students 2-degree programs for its students. While this is a smaller list than some of the other campuses students can use Everest as a stepping-stone for their education. The skills learned here can take you to a 4-year university to continue your education or directly into the job market if you choose. Students can pick medical assisting or pharmacy technician to direct their career paths. Both programs take only 9 months to complete. Graduates can then move on to a career as a medical receptionist, insurance biller, office assistant or pharmaceutical assistant or sales representative in just one year.
