About the College
The college was established in 1988 and it was used for different career opportunities. The building was then bought and turned into Career College of America in 1991. Ever since then they have opened up a world of opportunities for people that are looking to get into the medical field. The college now has three different locations for the school such as one in Los Angeles, South Gate, and San Bernardino, which are all located in California. They expanded to more than one college to help students all over California fulfill their career goal. Campus Career Colleges of America does not offer on campus housing but they do have off campus housing that you can rent. When you go for your interview with the college, they will explain more to you about the housing they have off campus for you to live in. Since the college does not offer on campus housing you are sure to find many restaurants and grocery stores close by for students living in the off campus housing. Courses Career Colleges of America are always looking at giving their students the best programs and courses they can offer to get them headed in the right direction with the best of knowledge. The school is aimed at providing courses in the health field. The health field is a demanding profession so courses like Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Vocational Nurse, Surgical Technology, Medical Assistant, Medical Biller, and Pharmacy Technician are all course to take to get a start in the medical field. The college also has a course in business management called Computerized Office Assistant. This course can also be taken if you are looking into the medical field or any other career.
