About the College

Career Care Institute is the first college to offer Vocational Nursing and X-Ray Technician programs and is the first in the valley to even offer x-ray technician training. Career Care institute was established by Edmund Carrasco because of the need for more medical technicians in 1998. This beautiful school is a choice of many looking to get into the medical field. The school has become so famous it has expanded into Ventura as well. They have improved their courses to keep up with the medical field so they can train with the most up to date procedures and equipment.

Campus

The landscape of this school is picture perfect. You can sit on the grass while you study and enjoy the outdoors. This campus is located close to many shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. The career Care Institute does not off on campus housing or meals but there are many apartments and student housing off campus that they will help you get into. There are many times the buses run to get you to and from school with a pickup right by the school so you do not have to be fearful in walking. Many campuses have security that will be glad to walk with you in the dark hours if need be.

Courses

Career care Institute offers nursing and medical billing, Medical support and technology, Medical Billing, Dental Assistant, massage therapy, X-Ray technician, therapy and Counseling. The staff also helps you with your resumes, writing techniques, how to do your interview, what not to wear and so on. They want you to succeed. Some students do not start work right as soon as they get out of school. They may wait a year or two, some have even waited six or more, but whenever you are ready for a job, the job placement services are still available to you! No matter how long it is we can help you secure a job!
