California Design College is dedicated to teaching fundamentals of creative and applied arts. Their curricula is market driven with the primary focus on the students and their success. They want students to use creativity plus critical and analytical skills to get the most out of their education. The philosophy of the California Design School is that they believe if you love, what you choose then you can not go wrong with your education.

Campus

The California Design College of Hollywood is located in the fabulous city of Los Angeles. Where else do you need to go for creativity than the city of LA? CDC can be found at 3440 Wilshire Blvd. on the 10th Floor. The campus is located in the historic Mid-Wilshire district and has various highways, freeways and public transportation. The school offers its students career planning, internships, externships, field trips, academic seminars and other helpful resources available right on campus.

Courses

Courses at the California Design College offer students the flexibility of evening and weekend options. Students can choose to learn the areas of interest in the creative fields of culinary arts, design, fashion and media arts. The school also offers general education courses in English, mathematics, history and other basic courses. In the culinary arts programs students can obtain an Associate of Science degree or a Bachelor of Science degree in culinary management. In the design field an associate degree, as well a few different bachelor’s degrees can be achieved.

The fashion programs give students a way to be creative through fashion design, marketing and management. Media arts shows students that they can put their mark on the world. Students can take courses that will lead to successful degrees to use in a growing job market. Web design, video game programming and other courses will keep the visual arts world fresh and exciting.
