Antelope Valley Medical College is now called the University of Antelope Valley. This facility offers different programs within the medical field and beyond to prospective students. The programs include undergraduate and graduate programs as well as certificate programs and education for those wanting to further their knowledge in a specific field. Campus

The campus at the University of Antelope Valley is one that pairs motivation and a desire to succeed. Once accepted to the university a student becomes involved in something that will last a lifetime and help their community too. Those looking to apply at this prestigious college must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, must pass an entrance exam known as Wonderlic, posses an application plus applicable fees and be part of an informal interview. An enrollment agreement is to be filed and signed by a parent if applicant is under 18. Be advised that all financial agreements and financial aid must be complete before you enter a class.

Courses

The University of Antelope Valley offers students a variety of programs to choose from, not all being related to the medical field. Some healthcare programs include emergency medical technician, fire science, paramedic, EMT, medical biller, and many others. Those enrolling in certain programs are required to submit medical records, be current in TB tests, have field experience and/or certificates to complete a course. Make sure you are qualified before pursuing a program at this college.
