About the college

PCI College is dedicated to student success with quality education. The college wants to be a part of a student’s journey or their road to the career of their choice. At PCI students come from all over to take courses to advance their current career skills or go in a whole new direction for a new career in the workforce. Either way the college has what it takes to provide students the skills that they need to focus on their career goals with small class sizes and up to date industry equipment.

Campus

The PCI College campus is located in Cerritos, California. Its 5000 square feet location is on the second and third floors of the Avanti Business Building At the campus students have access to a medical assisting class, medical lab, and a computer lab. Dell and Gateway are among the big names of the computer equipment along with computer stations in each classroom complete with DSL. At the college, students have the luxury of small classrooms with a maximum of 20 students, projectors, and dry erase boards in every classroom.

Courses

The courses at PCI are divided into technology and medical programs. Students can choose from office management systems, computer systems technology, and computer networking in Microsoft in the technology programs. The medical programs include dental assistant, medical billing, medical assistant, ultrasound and vascular technician and medical assisting. The majority of the programs teach the skills needed so that graduates can g on to entry-level positions in the career field of their choice.

At PCI, the school has begun building externships with local employers in the community and the most in demand career industries. This makes the training as close to the job requirements as it can get. PCI can make your career goals come to life.
