About the College
30 years of experience is what makes a great school. Newbridge College has that and more. They have instructors that have their own experiences to help teach students what they will need in the real world as well as what they need to learn to take into the real world. It is not only about studying; you need life study as well. You will receive hands on training by trained instructors in one of the fastest growing fields.
About the campus
There were 323 students enrolled in 2007 and they are mainly older individuals looking to change their career due to layoffs or businesses going under. The recession has helped many people finally make up their minds on going back to school after always putting it off. They do not offer on campus housing or a meal plan but the student services will help you get a list of the housing off campus and a list of the restaurants that offer student discounts. You can also go to the student lounge and rest, read a book, or just relax. They have vending machines for snacks and drinks. They also have sufficient parking for those who have their own vehicles. There are even some bus token discounts for students who would use the bus system everyday of the week. Many students get together and car pool so they do not have to worry about bus schedules, especially if they live close to each other or with each other.
