About the college

The University of San Francisco, USF, has been providing students with Jesuit Catholic education for 150 years. The mission of the school is to challenge students to essentially make the world a better place. The educational programs offered take their values from the San Francisco Bay area and its culture. The end result is undergraduate, graduate and professional programs that turn students into world changers and leaders.

Campus

The University of San Francisco has a prime location in one of California’s largest cities. San Francisco is the city by the bay with the Golden Gate Bridge and picturesque views from all sides. Students have the BART public transportation system to get them from the campus to all that California has to offer. Courses

USF offers its students a variety of programs, colleges, schools, institutes and centers to choose from. The programs include undergraduate, graduate, working professional and international classes and also a Center for Global Education. The colleges and schools are broken down into specific fields of study. They are arts and sciences, business and management, education, law, nursing and professional studies. There are 21 institutes and centers that encompass a wide range of academic fields. Some of those are the Center for Law and Global Justice and the International Institute of Criminal Justice Leadership.
