Courses

The California Culinary Academy offers its students culinary arts programs, pastry chef programs, an online course and even a restaurant ran by students. The learning element is off the charts here. Along with fine food and sweet pastries, students can learn the basics of hospitality and restaurant management. The online program is a bachelor of arts program in culinary management. The restaurant ran by students is called Carême 350, which is on campus and open to the public. All food is prepared and served by students with them running the front and back of the house operations.
