Campus

Paris Beauty College is located in Concord, California. The salon and spa at the campus is student based where you do get a chance to interact with the public once the required classroom work, including mannequin heads, is completed. Clients can choose from nail, hair, and skin care/spa services. Students can work on their customer service skills and learn salon business operations all while building a clientele list for the future.

Courses

At the college, there are basic beauty and advanced beauty courses. The basic courses include cosmetology, manicure/pedicure, esthetician, and teacher training. The cosmetology course is a 1600 clocked hour course where students learn the basics of cosmetology, hair, skin, nails, make up and salon business all within 10 months. The manicure/pedicure program is a 400-clocked hour’s course. This one takes less than 3 months to complete. Esthetician is skin care with a 600-hour course focused on hair removal, facials, and make up. The teacher training is also 600 hours.

The advanced courses are taught by an outside educator and are offered after business hours. There are courses in microdermabrasion, hot stone manicures/pedicures, sewn, braided, and glued hair extensions, soft tap permanent make up, and a few other interesting beauty practices.
