Campus The Los Angeles campus for Golden Gate University has been around since the 1970’s. The campus was established for the community’s accounting and law firms. They both wanted the school’s taxation program to be a part of LA’s education system. Since GGU was established for adults wanting to enhance or learn new career skills a campus in the LA would bring a large student body in. The university offers flexible schedules with classes that run day and evening and on the weekends. The LA campus is located in the heart of the city. The campus is ideally located near restaurants, shopping centers, the staples Center and the LA Convention Center. GGU’s Los Angeles campus has two classrooms that are conference style, a computer lab and the classes are designed for group discussions so the size of them remains small. Courses At the LA campus the taxation program is in high demand. The classes are held at night so that working adults, most in the field already, can attend. GGU also offers graduate and undergraduate programs in a variety of fields. The university has schools of law, business, accounting, and the above mentioned taxation. Golden Gate University-Los Angeles is a leader in adult education and training individuals to succeed in the job market today and in the future.
