About the college

In 1960, Governor Pat Brown signed a bill for the foundation of the state college known as South State Bay College. Six short years later with the school running like a well-oiled educational machine, the name was changed. The school was now known as California State College Dominguez Hills or CSCDH. One year later and the school had evening classes for the first time. Today the school is going strong with its values and beliefs that education is the key to the future.

Campus

This university is located in the great state of California in the city of Carson. The campus offers students housing options so they never have to be too far from their studies. You are close to faculty, the library, computer labs, and school activities. There are student organizations to participate in, and campus events that are both for school and fun. The Office Student Life gets students involved. This program is quite new with only 5 years under its belt. Here students can learn leadership qualities and develop friendships and create networking opportunities.
